This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service available at FantasyStocksApp.com.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including users who access the Service through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the web. 2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including device type, operating system, application version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, log files, timestamps, diagnostic data, and usage information related to features accessed, gameplay activity, and interactions with the Service.

We may use approximate location information to help prevent fraud, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and optimize Service performance.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We receive limited information from third-party service providers that support the Service, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics and monitoring providers, customer support tools, payment processors, platform providers such as Apple and Google, and advertising or measurement partners. These providers may supply subscription status, purchase receipts, technical signals, or related metadata. We do not receive or store full payment card information.

We may also receive aggregated or non-user-identifiable information from market data providers used to display stock prices and related information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, create and manage user accounts and leagues, enable gameplay, rankings, and social features, communicate with users about the Service including support and administrative messages, improve, analyze, and optimize the Service, detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We may use automated systems to detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms. These systems may result in account restrictions or termination. We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects as defined under applicable law.

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose, including research, analytics, and marketing, as it is no longer personal information.

4. Advertising and Analytics

4.1 Advertising

The Service may display advertisements, including advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. Advertisements may be contextual or, where permitted by law and platform policy, interest-based or personalized.

Advertising partners may collect limited device and usage information, such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and app usage signals, to display ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. The specific data collected depends on the advertising features enabled at a given time and your device and platform settings.

Users under the age of 16 may receive limited or non-personalized advertising in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

Where required by law or platform policy, we will obtain your consent before engaging in interest-based advertising.

On iOS devices, we will request your permission before collecting your device's advertising identifier for tracking purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements.

4.2 Analytics and Measurement

We use analytics and monitoring tools to understand how users interact with the Service, diagnose issues, improve performance, and develop new features. These tools may collect technical and usage data similar to the information described above.

5. How We Share Information

We do not Sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We may Share limited personal information with service providers and advertising or measurement partners as described in this Privacy Policy.

To opt out of Sharing for advertising purposes, you may adjust your device settings (for example, Limit Ad Tracking on iOS or Opt Out of Ads Personalization on Android), use in-app controls where available, or contact us at [email protected].

5.1 Service Providers and Advertising Partners

We share information with vendors, service providers, and advertising partners who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, payment processing, advertising, and measurement services. We require our service providers and advertising partners to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information they receive from us and to process it in accordance with applicable laws and contractual data protection obligations.

5.2 Legal and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the rights or safety of the Company or others, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on our website and within web-based components of the Service to operate functionality and understand usage patterns. Mobile applications may use device identifiers and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, security, and fraud prevention purposes, subject to platform controls, user preferences, and applicable consent requirements.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data processing activities, including certain advertising-related Sharing.

You may exercise applicable privacy rights through in-app settings or by contacting [email protected]. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification of your identity and proof of the agent's authority to act on your behalf before responding to such requests. We will generally respond within 45 days, as required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Disputes regarding the Service, including this Privacy Policy, are subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained in our Terms of Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We rely on user self-certification of age and actively monitor for indicators of use by children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If we become aware that we need to collect personal information from a child under 13 for a specific purpose, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before doing so, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data related to gameplay, leagues, and profiles is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal information, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures include encryption of data in transit using SSL or TLS and access controls designed to limit access to personal information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries as necessary to provide the Service and perform our contractual obligations.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service, by email, or by posting an updated Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
