2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid notice of claimed infringement, include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on the Service (for example, URL or in-app location).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or its agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore material in approximately 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
